Until KYC verification is complete, your Account will operate under restricted functionality. You may browse the Platform but you will not be permitted to deposit funds, place wagers, or request withdrawals until your identity has been confirmed.
One Account Per Person: You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. If jne77 detects duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Funds held in fraudulently obtained duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
All transactions on the jne77 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We do not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported:
4.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. jne77 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jne77 bears no responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed by our automated system and typically completed within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts using a bank transfer. Gold-tier loyalty members benefit from a priority processing queue with a target completion time of 2 minutes.
4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your KYC-verified Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jne77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size, frequency, or payment-method pattern.
4.4 Pending Bonus Wagering. If your Account Balance includes Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements, withdrawal requests will apply only to the Real Funds portion of your Balance. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering conditions are satisfied.
4.5 Transaction Records. A full history of your deposits and withdrawals is available in the Account dashboard at all times. You are responsible for reviewing this history and reporting any discrepancy to jne77 support within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
5.2 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide:
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered through within the time window specified on the promotion page will expire and be removed from your Account Balance automatically. Expired bonuses are not reinstated under any circumstances.
5.4 Abuse and Circumvention. jne77 monitors wagering patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across markets to guarantee a low-risk completion of wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; coordinating with other members to exploit bonus structures. Accounts found engaging in such activity will have Bonus Funds confiscated and may be permanently closed.
5.5 Promotional Changes. jne77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Material changes to an ongoing promotion will be communicated via email to affected members.

6.1 Sports Betting. 6.3 Random Number Generation. 6.4 Void Bets and Cancellations. jne77 reserves the right to void any wager where: the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; an obvious pricing error occurred; the relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; or the Member placed the bet in violation of these Terms.
